Order Processing
All orders are prepared and dispatched within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, once payment has been confirmed.

Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timelines depend on your location, with estimated dates shown at checkout.

  • Within Nairobi:
    • Same-day delivery applies to orders placed before 2:00 PM
    • Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered the following day

  • Within Kenya:
    Delivery takes approximately 24–72 hours

  • International Orders:
    Delivery may take 3–10 business days

Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Order Tracking
Once your package has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email so you can follow its progress.


Return Policy

At Avazzi, your satisfaction matters to us. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, the following return guidelines apply:

1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags intact.

2. Refunds

  • We do not issue cash refunds for returned items.

3. Exchange Options

Returned items may be exchanged for:

  • Store credit equivalent to the item’s value

  • Another product of the same value

  • The same style in a different size, subject to availability

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
